Overview

All our products are handmade making them as unique as the person who made them, hence there may be slight variations when you compare your received item to that shown online. Please keep this in mind when considering requesting a refund.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value, minus the shipping costs. Shipping is outsourced to FedEx hence non-refundable.

 

You are welcome to return/exchange items within 14 calendar days from the day you received them.

 

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

If for any reason you need to make a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team on email@tophaz.com or Whatsapp at +254 718 671604 with your reason for return, within 14 working days from the date of which you received the item(s).

 

To return your item(s), ship them to the sender’s address indicated on the shipping documents. You will have to bear the shipping costs back to Tophaz HQ (Nairobi, Kenya).

 

Please ensure you send the item(s) back to us within 14 working days from the date on which you received the item(s).

 

However, you would be liable for any additional delivery charges incurred in the delivery back to us, including customs and duties charges. These are non-refundable.

 

Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges and returns; if you return the items to us, we would be unable to process a refund or exchange.

 

To process your return refund, we need your item(s) to be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached, and original packaging included.

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your refund initiating the same with our payment partner.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@tophaz.com and send your item to the sender’s address indicated on the shipping documents.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Tophaz HQ (Nairobi, Kenya).

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
